Do you have a bat infestation?
If so, you’ll need an exclusion. When it’s timed right, this is the most humane way to remove bats from your attic. A bat exclusion involves:

- Plugged and patched entry points that were identified during the inspection using sealants, “Pest-Armor” mesh, rodent fabric, and bat cones
- Notification of extensive entry points that may need to be repaired to prevent reinfestation
- Height (Stories)
- Roof pitch
- Roof material
- Attic access locations

- Installation of traps
- Plugged and patched entry points that were identified during the inspection using sealants, “Pest-Armor” mesh, and rodent fabric
- Notification of extensive entry points that may need to be repaired to prevent reinfestation
- Height (Stories)
- Roof pitch
- Roof material
- Attic access locations
Squirrel Exclusion
- Includes a 180 day warranty
Wild animal control
This service is designed for capturing and removing accessible wild animals such as groundhogs, raccoons, skunks, and more!
- Inspection using inspection cameras
- Installation of camera monitors (if necessary)
- Installation of live traps (if necessary)
- Capturing the animal using poles or traps
- Smoothing over any mounds
- Notification of extensive entry points that may need to be repaired to prevent reinfestation
- The animal will be transferred off-site and released back into the wild (if possible)
