Fall Bug Prevention Treatment
- Prevents common bugs from getting inside for at least 60 days
- Can be done once or on an annual basis
Rodent Prevention Treatment
- Includes sealing up entry points smaller than one inch and installing bait stations
- Prevents common rodents from getting inside for at least 90 days
- Can be done once or on an annual basis
Fall Invaders Treatment
- Spider web removal
- Stinging pest nest control and removal
- Bug prevention treatment
- Rodent prevention treatment
- Can be done once or on an annual basis
Common bugs include: Ants (including carpenter ants), Asian/lady beetles, boxelder bugs, centipedes, clover mites, crickets, earwigs, flies (including cluster flies and drain flies), ground beetles, millipedes, silverfish, sowbugs, spiders, springtails, water bugs, and western conifer seed bugs
Common rodents include: mice, moles, shrews and voles
Do you have a rodent infestation?
If so, you’ll need an exclusion.
Common Rodent Exclusion
- Interior and exterior inspection
- Installation of bait stations and traps
- Plugged and patched minor entry points that are 1 inch or smaller + notification of extensive entry points larger than 1 inch
- Notification of control inhibitors (AKA what is attracting the rodents)
- Includes a 120 day warranty
Do you have a bug infestation?
If so, you’ll need an exclusion.
Common Bug Exclusion
- Includes both an interior and exterior treatment
- Includes a 90 day warranty
Do you have a bat infestation?
If so, you’ll need an exclusion. When it’s timed right, this is the most humane way to remove bats from your attic.
Do you have a stinging pest nest or infestation?
If so, you’ll need an exclusion. Stinging pests include: Ground bees (that could cause harm), yellowjackets, wasps, and hornets

- For stinging pest nests that are visible, in the ground, or behind penetrable barriers
- Includes a 90 day warranty
