What you need to know before your scheduled service:
We are always watching the weather before and during scheduled service days. If rain, snow, wind gusts, or high heat are in the forecast we may push your service to the following business day. We may also time out service to avoid these conditions. The products applied to your outdoor spaces rain-cure once dry.
Your technicians may change as we optimize routes and schedules.
Please keep your windows shut and children and pets inside during your service visit. You can resume day-to-day activities once the products we use dry which can take around an hour or less pending conditions in your area.
If there are any areas not previously discussed that you do not want treated please let us know as soon as possible.
Please let us know within 7 business days of your service date if you are dissatisfied with the services received. If we are notified any later it may impact if we can provide a re-treatment.
We will email your invoice the following business day. Payment is due 15 days after services received.
