If so, you’ll need an exclusion. A rodent exclusion involves:
- Client preparation (instructions will be sent over prior to service)
- Interior and exterior inspection
- Installation of bait stations and traps
- Plugged and patched minor entry points that are 1 inch or smaller
- Notification of control inhibitors (AKA what is attracting the rodents)
- Notification of extensive entry points that are over 1 inch in size that may need to be repaired to prevent re-infestation
Common rodents include: mice, moles, shrews and voles

Rats
Rats are considered difficult to control, which means at least three treatments are needed to achieve control. A rat exclusion involves:
- Client preparation (instructions will be sent over prior to first treatment)
- Interior and exterior inspection
- Three treatments (minimum)
- Installation of bait stations and traps
- Plugged and patched minor entry points that are 1 inch or smaller
- Notification of control inhibitors (AKA what is attracting the rats)
- Notification of extensive entry points that are over 1 inch in size that may need to be repaired to prevent re-infestation
Rat Exclusion
$ 299 Average price per initial treatment (plus tax)
- Second visit is FREE
- Includes a 120 day warranty
