Rodent Pro Package

Bug Commander’s (BC) Rodent Pro Package prevents common rodents from getting inside year-round. This package consists of three exterior rodent prevention treatments per year in the Winter, Spring, and Fall. Any active infestations must be excluded prior to starting this package.

Common rodents include: mice, rats, voles, shrews, and voles

What clients can expect before this service:

Prior to the first treatment, clients need to inform BC of how to access certain areas if they are not openly accessible. (Examples include providing locked gate access). BC will keep this information on file and will need to be notified of any changes moving forward.

BC will schedule this treatment and contact the client via email and/or text about a week prior to this service visit. Because of the many variables in the services BC provides, routes are scheduled to best accommodate BC technicians. Requests for specific days or times cannot be guaranteed, including being on the same rotation as a family member, friend, or neighbor. Upon request, BC’s technicians can call or text clients prior to arrival.

BC is always watching the weather before, during, and after scheduled service visits. If rain, snow, wind gusts, or high heat are in the forecast, BC may move up the service, push the service to the following business day, or time out that service to avoid these conditions.

What clients can expect during this service:

  • Please shut all windows and stay indoors during this service
  • Please keep pets inside or put them away prior to service

BC’s technician will:

  • Inspect the exterior
  • Refill exterior bait stations
  • Plug and patch any minor entry points using special foam, steel wool, rodent fabric, and caulking

Please note:

  • Clients are not required to be present during this service since the treatment is completed outside. BC’s technician will leave a doorhanger with more information after this service should the client not be present.

Important: BC’s rodent bait stations are locked and weighted with the bait secured inside. These stations are placed in specific locations for the best control. These stations should not be moved unless otherwise instructed by a BC technician. To maintain a safe environment, clients need to be mindful of where the bait stations are located and report any stations that are damaged. BC will remove and replace any damaged bait stations from these reports. Additional charges may apply for damaged equipment.

What clients can expect after this service:

Clients should expect a rodent-free structure should the structure be completely sealed and attractants are removed. If a structure is unable to be completely sealed, the client should still notice a significant decrease in the rodent population trying to get inside.
